Joint Personnel Center gives recently-deployed Sailors peace of mind

Chris Nettles, incoming deputy director of communications for CJTF-HOA, in filling out entitlements paperwork at a mass in-processing briefing at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Jan. 25, 2019.
