PRASLIN ISLAND, Seychelles - Rear Admiral Philip J. Greene, commander of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), greets a girl prior to the dedication of the new Grand Anse Medical Clinic on Praslin Island, Seychelles, on April 24, 2008. Funded by the U.S. military and the Seychelles ministry of health, the clinic will be able to service 200 patients each day and boasts a covered ambulance bay, a casualty unit and a physiotherapy room.
