U.S. service members assigned to Bravo Company, 407th Civil Affairs Battalion and the 2/16th Infantry Battalion climb rope with Djiboutian cadets during a break July 23, 2014, at the Arta Interservice Military Academy in Djibouti. The cadets attended six days of English discussion and hands-on first aid training taught by U.S. Soldiers and Marines from Bravo Company, 407th Civil Affairs Battalion and the 2/16th Infantry Battalion that compliments the English instruction and medical training they receive at AMIA. The 407th CA BN falls under the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Joint service members at CJTF-HOA work to enhance joint, interagency, intergovernmental and multinational partnerships to enable troop contributing countries to the African Union Mission in Somalia neutralize violent extremist organizations.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
