Wheeler, March 16, during the first stop in an overseas tour with Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Manpower and Reserve Affairs), the honorable Juan M. The leaders are visiting Sailors and Marines deployed to the Horn of Africa to highlight the wide range of personnel programs covered in the 21st Century Sailor and Marine initiative.
