Chief Gunner’s Mate (Sel) Brian Ediger plays taps at the conclusion of a 9/11 remembrance ceremony held Sept. 11, 2016, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Taps in the military represents the end of a workday or time to rest. For the ceremony, it signaled the final rest for those who lost their lives during 9/11.
