A Djibouti Armed Forces (FAD) service member sweats from the heat while setting up an Africa Data Sharing Network (ADSN) satellite Sept. 28, 2016, at FAD Headquarters in Djibouti. While conducting the best practices training, the U.S. Army, assigned to Combined Joint Task-Horn of Africa, also held an ADSN validation with the FAD soldiers to prepare them to deploy to Somalia.
