Civil affairs Soldiers continue tradition in Tadjourah with Centre De Femmes empowerment center

Cashman. The ceremony, presided by US Marine Corps General Michael Langley, commander US Forces AFRICOM, was held at 11 Degrees North in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
