Ugandan Wildlife Authority, CJTF-HOA partner for advanced leadership course

U.S. Army Capt. William Johnson, 411th Civil Affairs (CA) Battalion team chief, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), describes the week-long Pilot Senior Leader Program (PSLP) to guests during the course’s graduation ceremony at Kampala, Uganda, March 6, 2020. PSLP was a week-long course to familiarize wardens with the course material 100 of their junior rangers learned as a part of the recurring UWA Junior Leadership Program taught by CA and a manifestation of the ongoing partnership between the United States and Uganda.
