Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Image

Burundian National Defense Force Soldiers take notes as Nevada National Guard Spc. Richard Taylor, 422d Expeditionary Signal Battalion, currently assigned to CJTF-HOA’s communications unit, shares lessons learned and best practices for operating their African Data Sharing Network terminal June 8-17, 2016, at Bujumbura, Burundi. US AFRICOM Commander Visits East Africa Region
U.S. Air Force Gen. Dagvin Anderson, commander, U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), and AFRICOM senior leaders, conducted a series of high-level visits to Africa with stops in Ethiopia, Somaliland and Puntland, Nov. 23-27, 2025.
