CJ44 Force Engineers meet with Kalaf village elders to improve water well system
Members of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa J44 Force Engineers met with village elders to determine what improvements needed to be made to the community water cistern and well, May 17, 2016, in Kalaf, Djibouti.
