CJTF-HOA welcomes new commander, senior enlisted leader

Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa’s senior leadership prepare to transfer command and responsibility of the unit from U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Mark Stammer, CJTF-HOA outgoing commander, to Brig. Gen. Kurt Sonntag during a change of command ceremony April 13, 2016, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
