Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Image

KALAF, Djibouti- Water faucets remain unused due to maintenance issues while the people of Kalaf use hoses to siphon water from the top of the well, May 17, 2016, in Kalaf, Djibouti. U.S. Navy Cmdr.
