Combat Patch Ceremony

U.S. Soldiers assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa's operations directorate are presented with the U.S. Africa Command combat patch during a ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 25, 2017.
