Ugandan Battle Group 22 lays deployment groundwork

U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Fallicia Keith, with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa’s (CJTF-HOA) 418th Civil Affairs Battalion, assists a Uganda People’s Defense Force (UPDF) soldier assigned to Ugandan Battle Group 22, during a Combat Lifesaver Course at Camp Singo, Uganda, Feb. 28, 2017. Class participants practiced clearing airways and putting casualties into the first aid recovery position.
