Joint service personnel and Djibouti Port Authority take part in first-ever Djibouti port exercise

U.S. Army Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry Regiment, Task Force Alamo, Texas National Guard, deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, Djibouti, perform a buddy lift while caring for a simulated casualty during the first-ever U.S. military exercise at the Port of Djibouti, Dec. 19, 2018.
