Japanese-led NEO enhances interoperability among coalition and African partner nations

Multinational service members and representatives take part in a tabletop discussion during an annual noncombatant evacuation operation (NEO) exercise held at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 4, 2019.
