Combined Joint Task Force - Horn

A tool pouch is a standard piece of equipment used by U.S. soldiers from the 492nd Engineer Vertical Construction Company (EVCC) during the construction of new buildings within the Djibouti Base Cluster, Djibouti, May 8, 2020.
