Maj. Gen. Flora Visits with Djiboutian Soldiers

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Lapthe Flora, commanding general, Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), and U.S. Navy Command Chief Petty Officer Alex Hebert, senior enlisted leader, CJTF-HOA, meet with U.S. and Djiboutian service members, Jan. 11, 2021, at an undisclosed location in East Africa.
