Maj. Gen. Flora Visits with Djiboutian Soldiers

U.S. and Djiboutian leaders observe the construction of a new obstacle course for the Djiboutian Army, Jan.11, 2021, at an undisclosed location in East Africa. The 760th Engineer Vertical Construction Company (EVCC), and the Security Forces Assistance Brigade (SFAB), are working with the Djiboutian military to enhance their skills and training environment.
