Combined Joint Task Force - Horn

U.S. Marine Corps Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Kammer, the outgoing Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa senior enlisted leader, gave a speech looking back on his time here in Djibouti at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti on Oct. 27, 2023. Kammer will be replaced by U.S. Coast Guard Master Chief Petty Officer Michael Koch.
