Members of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) paid tribute to the first responders, and honored the memory of the 2,977 victims who lost their lives 18 years ago, during a ceremony held under the U.S. flag, flown at half staff, at CLDJ Sept. 11.
